Fiskepark Nord is located in an 18-acre
natural area with 3 fishing lakes on around
25,000 square meters, the
fishing park lies 1½ km from Frederikshavn towards Skagen.
It is a
unique area, the whole area was a natural port in the Viking age and
Middle ages.
The Ellingaa ship, which now stands at Bangsbo Museum,
was excavated around 350 meters due north of lake 2. Lake 1 and 2 is
partially surrounded by forest, which means, that it is always
possible, to find a place with shelter from the wind. Lake 3 appears in open country.
Around the lakes tables and benches are placed.
Trouts from 1 to 8 kg are set out every day in the summer season
(eastern to september 30th), the rest of the year trouts are set out
every week. Possible catches are rainbow trout – brook trout – river
trout – tiger trout, later there will be releashed zander in the
lakes.
At all times there will be marked trouts in the lakes that releases
a winning.
In
our shop, which is open from april 1th to september 30th,
there will be a selection of ice cream, beers, sodas, coffee and hot
dogs as well as fishing gear and baits.
Fine parking conditions around the service building, where bathroom
and the cleaning space for fish also is located
It
ain’t allowed to pre feed and use maggots, trout roe and baitfish as
bait.

to get there:
Follow
highway 40 from Frederikshavn to Skagen.
After approx 2 kilometer turn right into the Parking place,
in the southern end of the Parking place the entrance to Fiskepark Nord is
